Many users have noticed that downloads and Windows 10 anniversary update installs some games and applications automatically. 11. Move the cursor to the option package name as shown below, then click Create

There! Note that the content already downloaded in tiles wont go away after this rule AppLocker, however, there will be no new content after that. You can delete the existing unwanted applications. To restore the default behavior, you must delete the rule in the local security policy you created

A side effect of this rule AppLocker .. restriction could be that the Windows Spotlight feature, which shows random images on the Lockscreen will not work. But this is very minor, since you can always change the screen lock for a custom image or a slideshow.
