- Open Registry Editor.

- On the right you will see the string parameter named BackgroundColor . Its value is an HTML color code that you can change. The default is # 0078D7 , which represents the blue color default:
- Change BackgroundColor value and put the color you like by entering a new HTML color code. Here are some color codes :.

# 00FF00 - Green
# 0000FF - blue
# 000000 - black
# FFFFFF - white
You can use any application or online service to find the desired color code value. For example, my favorite editor "Geany" has a tool "Color Chooser" :.

Once you get the code of the desired color, enter the value BackgroundColor: - now, restart Edge. The result will be:
