Another interesting feature is spotted in the next update of Windows 10 anniversary. The user will be able to select another drive to install large applications and save space on the hard drive of the system

The option is available for larger applications and games. We do not know what the size of the application triggers exactly the opportunity to be shown, but smaller applications will continue to use the default location that is defined in Settings. It is possible that it depends on the free space you have on the device that is used to determine the default location of the application.

This is certainly an improvement for users who actively use store applications. It is a nice addition to the option to select the Store Settings application default installation location. See this article for future reference: Move applications to another drive or partition in Windows 10.

This new feature is known to work in construction 14366 and 14361.
