A new cumulative update for Windows 10 build 14393, known as 07 RTM version was published by Microsoft. It looks like it is a repeat of the recent KB3176932, which hits the version operating system to 14,393.82.
Unlike previous cumulative updates for Windows Update 10 anniversary, the KB3176934 patch was not available to other rings but sent directly to the ring Release Preview, ignoring the slow and fast rings.
the change log for the published KB3176934 update is not available. It was not released to KB3176932 too. Microsoft said the following:
We released Update Rollup (KB3176934) to Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14393 on PCs that will bring the build number to 14,393.82. This cumulative update includes the same fixes that KB3176932 but with an additional patch: .. Enhancing the size of updates downloading optimization
If you have KB3176932 installed, you might not get KB3176934 through Windows Update
