July 29, you can get Windows 10 for PCs and tablets taking advantage of the offer of a free upgrade, or a new Windows 10 PC from your favorite retailer. If you buy a new Windows 8.1 device between now and then, Windows upgrade 10 will be available for you and many retail stores will upgrade your new device for you.
Windows 10 is what Microsoft claims the next step towards a universal operating system for all types of devices.
They reworked the whole operating system for a modern user interface that now takes most of the classic interface. Most parameters of the classic control panel are moved to the Settings app, many legacy applications are replaced by their modern alternatives. It is quite possible that in the final version of the operating system, or in a future update Redstone is expected, there will not be the good old classic Control Panel at all. Another notable difference is that with Windows 10, Microsoft will change the operating system release model. There will be several types of Windows Update channels that provide updates to the home and business users on a different schedule.
I only hope that Microsoft knows what they do. The Windows 10 operating at the moment is stable but contains many small bugs that make for a very bad impression especially for the Windows user interface 10. The user interface lacks responsiveness too and works particularly slower than any previous version of Windows.
