At the time of this writing, windows 10 build 1430 was released for fast Insiders Ring only. You can build the ISO images yourself in minutes.

Download ESD Decrypter for Windows 10 build 1430 - From the ESD Decrypter tool in a folder and put your ESD file in the same directory. Images correspond to the 14367 construction, but the instructions are applicable to Windows 10 build 1430:
- Now, right click on decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator from the contextual menu.
- Type 1 at the command prompt to build the complete image ISO:
