Windows 10 build 10056 brings back the Start resizable -

menu In the recent leak of Windows 10 build 10056 Microsoft has made significant changes in the Start menu. Now it is resizable once more as it was in the earlier constructed, and finally allows the user to disable the transparency. Let's see how it looks and works.

In addition to resizing borders, Start menu can now be opaque, without using third-party tools or editing the registry. There is a new option in the Customizing section of the Settings app. It lets you disable transparency with a single click:
