New Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 for PC and Mobile just released for Windows insiders in the fast ring. Although this version does not do much for mobile, it is a major release for PC. Windows 10 build 14328 PC comes with many new features and enhancements, including Windows Ink, last start day, and more.

Windows Ink
We announced Windows ink build 2016 a just a few weeks as a new experience to come with making day Windows 10 anniversary later this summer. Starting with the construction of today - you can try the new Ink Windows experience for yourself. Windows Windows Ink puts the power in the tip of your stylus, allowing you to write on your device as you do on paper, create sticky notes, drawing on a whiteboard, and easily share your thoughts in the analog world digital. Updated Start Test
We have improvements to Start experience in Windows 10 that we believe improves the efficiency and the ability to discover to find all your applications and to be more consistent across PC, Tablet and Mobile.
We merged list the most used applications and a list of all applications into a single view and raised to the highest level of the user interface to reduce clicking and scrolling. You can now access all your applications with a single click on the Start menu. We also moved important features such as Power, Settings and File Explorer so they are always visible in the left rail on the Start menu, and updated the recently added section so that it now shows 3 entries instead of just one, and can be expanded to see the full list of new applications.

Update icon File Explorer
Windows Insiders like to find new icons. This is sensitive enough that we wanted to call out. We've updated the File Explorer icon to align the monochrome design language used for icons through Windows 10. However, you will notice some color still present in the icon. The design team was a little hesitant to completely let go yellow because it has become a familiar part of the file explorer branding.
They explored a variety of ways to keep the yellow and still match the cleanliness of black and white app icons windows. The new icon that you see in this version is where the design team landed which is closer to monochrome, but it still has the familiar form that users recognize, and a nod to that yellow you see throughout the file Explorer. - Feedback Hub takes about 20 -30 minutes after the upgrade to this version for download and hydrated.
